Business logos are all around us- probably trying to make us understand their message for everyone. We often see them every day, but do we really perceive them for all that they are? It turns out that several well-known logos in the world were actually made to indicate something that’s much more than just style. In fact, in some cases, every detail and color have significant meaning behind it.

1. Coca-Cola

If you look closely, you’ll see that an image of a Danish flag can be spotted between the letter “O” and “L.” It was when Coca-Cola discovered that part of its logo looks like the Danish flag, the advertising agency McCann Copenhagen decided to make an ad of it.

2. Pepsi

Pepsi has spent over a million dollars to create this logo with its hidden meanings. The new design gives hints of mysterious themes, such as Feng Shui, Geodynamic, Pythagoras and many more. One thing is for sure though, the colors in the logo represent the American Flag.

3. Evernote

Evernote has decided to use an image of an Elephant as part of its logo. In which the corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over- in a way that readers fold the edge of a page in a book to make a note of their progress.

4. LG

Known as South Korea’s leading electronics company, LG’s logo is actually an artistic image of a person’s face. According to the company, the primary goal and reason for this is to maintain some ordinary human relations with its customers.

5. BMW

It’s often perceived that the central part of the BMW logo represents the rotating blades of an aircraft, in line with the company’s history of aircraft technology. But in reality, it is naturally a part of the Bavarian flag- an area in Germany where the company originated.
